MAPL's Votated Fat Making and Dosing System converts liquid fat into plasticised and aerated fat to develop extremely good structure and plasticity to the liquid fat. The chilled and votated fat improves the quality of the product. MAPL has also PLC controlled automation whereby the fat votation, storage and dispensing to various process locations takes place automatically on demand from each of the process centers from a single central system. The accuracy of votated fat dispensing is ±50 grams over 60 kgs. Votated fat can be supplied to multiple process centers located 200 meters away through a single fat dosing system mounted on load cells.
