Our pulverizer machines are used to smash solid sugar cubes into tiny shards or granules. Completely protected from dust, the system uses a bag tilting mechanism to load sugar into a hopper of a vertical screw conveyor.

This system is specially designed for continuous preparation of sugar syrup with complete processing.
Bag filter and screw conveyor are used to convey sugar into the silo. The PLC controlled sugar handling system discharges sugar and water in an accurate proportion.

The continues mixer is used for uninterrupted mixing of dough. The ingredients are wetted and pre-blended before entering the mixer. The dough is worked as it moves down the length of the cylinder and loaves are collected at the discharge of the system.

Our advanced range of pre-creamers can handle all the ingredients such as HVO, palmoline butter, lecithin, water chemicals, pulverized sugar, broken biscuit, etc. The high speed agitator, wiper and circulating pump facilities fast and effective creaming.
